my process
** Please be aware that I often have a waitlist for custom work, a paid deposit of 50% of the final estimated cost of work will secure your spot in the queue. **
To create your custom portrait, I will need reference photos of the home in good lighting. Try your best to include photos that are a good representation of the house, as I have not seen it personally and will only have your photos to go off of. Please include detail shots of anything difficult to see, whether you want the address or other text included, and if so, what type of script, as well as any other information that may be important.
Once I begin your order, I will send you a sketch to approve. Once you are happy with your sketch, I will create the final portrait. Please allow for 2 weeks of processing time, I am working hard to make your art perfect for you!
Payment can be made in person at my Studio in Lowe Mill, or via Square online invoice.
